Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in good condition and include all original accessories, packaging, and components. We may also request proof of purchase to verify your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

No Exchange Policy
At this time, Hiddist does not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or variation, you must first return the original product in accordance with our return policy. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item through our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect products before shipment; however, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Hiddist is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers must wait until the product is delivered and then follow the return procedure if eligible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds to cover inspection, handling, processing, and restocking costs associated with returned items.
For approved returns, a 3% restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund amount. The exact refund amount will be communicated to the customer after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These may include:

- Downloadable digital products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
